The Authentic King Sized Dunham Folk Art Quilt.

This king-sized quilt's unusual non-repeating snowflake motif is inspired by the 1855 original, created by Theodore and Sarah Dunham of New Jersey, which resides in the collections of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. The quilt's 24 appliqus of 10 unique snowflakes, the sashing, and the border are sewn to a vivid "Turkey Red" cotton background--colored with imported European dye--and finished by hand-quilting throughout. The quilt is filled with 35 oz. of cotton batting and has a cotton backing with a snowflake print. Machine wash. Imported. King Quilt. (7 1/2 lbs.)
